Chef Prin Contemporary Temple Festival
In the spirit of Loy Krathong, Chef Prin of SAMRUB SAMRUB THAI has composed a water-themed menu to be served exclusively on 21 November. Guests are invited to float away their troubles with a set 11-course menu featuring poached oysters with kaffir lime and lemongrass, fish dumplings with mustard greens and grey pomfret soup with lily bulb.
